SPR# MHAC4CFKWQ - Fix a problem with the count of all selected documents in a view with a response hierarchy being too large because, when a parent was deleted, the orphaned responses were still being counted. This problem was introduced in R5.0 with a performance optimization.

Problem:
Make sure that the selection formula reflects what is to be seen in the view
and don't rely on the hierarchical status of the documents to do the selecting
for you.
This issue has been addressed in Notes 5.0.2b Client and Notes 5.0.3 Client.
